I’ve not met a single person who enjoys “sucking it up” when they feel challenged or stuck.

After a traumatic experience, you may feel like a frazzled meerkat, anxious all the time and unable to relax. Just the thought of change can seem overwhelming.

If life has served you a crap sandwich, here’s the thing: you DON’T have to eat it!

I know that’s a little confronting, but it’s my experience. I’ve been through the ringer and taken charge again. Now I’ve distilled all that I have learned, and drawn deeply on my professional expertise, to help you heal your trauma tale.

I’ve summarized the science with a side of spirituality to describe how you can begin to process life experiences.

Karen’s book includes:

Insights and actions relating to your trauma tale. I have summarised the science with a side of spirituality to describe how you begin to proccess life experiences that kick you in the backside!

You will learn how to:

  • Breathe calmly
  • Soothe your nervous system
  • Work through your fears
  • Embrace your feelings
  • Reconnect to yourself and your  own healing power

Who is the book for?

This is a book for those who are seekers.

You may have a trauma tale and feel stuck, and be seeking ways to dig your way out of the hole you feel trapped in.

You may have a loved one who is experiencing symptoms of trauma and seeking information to understand their challenge.

You may be a training practitioner and seeking the possible reason why your clients may feel stuck in their trauma tale.

Your trauma tale can look, sound and feel like a cancer diagnosis. It may look like the experience of a miscarriage. The death of a parent. It can look like face masks from a pandemic.

What’s in the book?

I am so excited to share my first published book with you. This has been a year in the making and two decades in the manifesting.

This book throws a truckload of ideas, coaching advice, stories and suggested tips for you to take charge healing your trauma tale. It includes snippets of my own stories, my reformed resilience, motivation, exposed fears, revitalised purpose and pursuit of my dreams.

It’s really challenging to heal from any given situation when you don’t understand what’s happening inside of you. It’s confronting when your sub conscious takes over and causes you to overreact or feel out of control. Our modern culture doesn’t teach us to piece together how we function in our humanness – we are a combination of physical, mental, emotional and energetic beings.

I’ve summarized the science with a side of spirituality to describe how you can begin to process life experiences.

There’s stories to explain what the soul science looks like in action.

There’s also practical tips to understand and heal how you’re expressing aspects of your trauma tale.

This book includes snippets of my own stories, my reformed resilience, motivation, exposed fears, revitalised purpose and pursuit of my dreams.

This book is somehow personal and technical, skilled and relatable, technical and easy to understand all in one. It’s a memoir, it’s a text and most of all it’s essential reading whether you understand trauma is impacting your life or whether you just wonder why things are so hard all the time. Highly recommend.

Testimonial

Karen’s quirky sense of humour combined with her innate amazing intelligence and insight make this a must read. Karen will take you on a journey to help you understand how dramatically our past traumas can and do impact us every day of our life. While we think we are operating with what’s presented in front of us, so often, that is not what is happening.

Most importantly, she focusses on looking for the gift or insights from each of these challenging situations that we’ve all been through so we emerge wiser and with more compassion for ourselves and others.
