Instructions to order your bottle of support essences.

1. Order your bottle of support essence and include your email address in payment notification
2. You will receive an email or text from Karen who will remotely muscle test (with your consent) to identify priority Australian Bush Flower essence to be used
3. Karen will identify the recommended essence and provide you with an overview of the essence benefits to reduce negative and increase positive attributes
4. If you agree, Karen will make up your specific remedy including dosage label
5. Support essences are sealed in bags ready for only local 'click and collect' collection

Essences can be taken directly under the tongue or dropped into your water in accordance with the prescribed dosage. Generally up to 7 drops in the morning and night.
