Public podcast
I am fascinated with the experience of our humanness. Life is jam packed with experiences.
My intention for the public podcast is to create resource episodes that explore how you react or respond to the experiences and challenges of life – the good, and the bad.
The public podcast isn’t a traditional podcast with regular episodes. I have created ear candy that hopefully drives conversations about the messiness of life.
Each time you say the name of the public podcast – I AM CHANGE-ING, you are re-affirming a vibrational energy for your life that change is possible.
Repeating this statement as an affirmation, you are magnetising an attraction towards changing your life today in this present moment.
The resources shared in the podcast have been created to defuse your stress, and magnetise your power to change your life to manifest the life you want.
This public podcast, entitled “I Am Change-ing” is a boutique psychotherapy resource container for my audience. Therefore these episodes are created on demand, rather than published on a regular basis.
