I celebrate and welcome you to my latest ‘Journey To Your Heart’ 90-minute session.
This event is scheduled for Saturday 3 April at 1030am.
Location 9 Wexford Close, Traralgon
In this session I shall facilitate :
- opening ceremony which will enable us to gather our energies to combine and harness, enabling you to journey to your heart
- closing ceremony to give thanks to everyone for showing up, sharing and safely separate yourself to live your best life
- guided meditation into your heart space
- interpretation of oracle card reading
- journaling using prompts from heart-centred oracle card questions
- creating homework to maintain your heart connection using afformations

As a joy seeker, I can’t wait for you to join me. I am spending this week inviting the energy to be divine perfect for all involved. I am aligning myself to the sacred space, this allows me to get curious (rather than attempt to control the process) about the journey steps you are about to take.

What To Bring?
Whenever I gift myself with this type of exercise I am very conscious of the energy frequencies I am calling upon.
I tend to wear more white, for it resonates the energy of the entire colour spectrum. I want you to intuitively wear the colour that makes you feel good and relaxed. I’ll have my Inna Segal Card deck available for you to research the meaning behind colours.
If you feel the cooler whether dress appropriately in layers and bring a blankie!
We will be working on my outdoor enclosed deck area. There are couches, recliners, large bean bags and meditation cushions. Something for everyone. If you have a meditation cushion from home that you would prefer to use please feel free to bring it.
I shall be sure to top up my alkaline water filter so that you can hydrate, so bring your water bottles.
Be sure to bring your journal and pen. Personally, I haven’t used fancy and expensive journals for years. I literally fill these too quickly so so I use exercise books – cheap, functional and easy to transport.
Lastly, bring an open mind and an intention to connect deeply within. I never place any expectations on how I want to feel, and allow myself to surrender to the experience – for it’s all a gift.
