Calm Space Spray
FOR THE PERSON WHO IS ALWAYS “ON”
Your Nervous System Is Begging You To Stop.
This Is How You Finally Listen.
One spray.
A few deep breaths.
And the chaos in your head finally has somewhere to land.
You’re tired of being told to “just relax.”
You’ve tried the apps. The breathing exercises you forget to do. The advice to “just calm down” from people who have no idea what it’s like to live in your head.
None of it sticks — because none of it was ever built for a nervous system as overloaded as yours.
This was.
You Know This Feeling Already
Tight chest. Shoulders up by your ears. A mind that won’t stop running even when your body is exhausted. Lying awake replaying the day. Snapping at people you love over nothing. Feeling “on” even when absolutely nothing is happening.
That’s not a personality flaw. That’s not you “being too much.”
That’s a nervous system stuck in overdrive — and it cannot think its way back out. You can’t logic your way into calm. You have to feel your way there.
So you keep white-knuckling through the day, waiting for a finish line that never comes.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Introducing The Calm Space Spray
A boutique nervous-system reset, in one bottle.
This isn’t a room spray you bought because it smelled nice. It’s a deliberately formulated blend of essential oils, Australian Bush Flower Essences, and crystals — built to get you out of your spinning head and back into your body, where calm actually lives.
A few pumps into the air. A few deep breaths. And something in your chest finally, actually drops.
This is how you get out of your head and into your heart — and that shift is how you soothe your nervous system. Not by trying harder to control the noise. By giving your body a way home.
Calm Space Spray
A boutique nervous-system reset, in one bottle.
Does your stress get you tangled into knots?
Do you long for sanctuary amongst all the thoughts swirling around your head?
Does feeling calm sometimes feel impossible?
Say hello to my very first wellbeing spray — the Calm Space Spray.
I didn’t throw this blend together. Every essential oil, every Australian Bush Flower Essence, every crystal in this bottle was chosen for a reason — because I wanted something that didn’t just smell nice for a moment, but actually spoke to the nervous system and helped it remember how to settle.
Because here’s what I know, both personally and from years of sitting with clients: you can’t think your way into calm.
Calm doesn’t live in your head — it lives in your heart, in your breath, in your body.
This blend was created to help you get out of your head and into your heart. That shift — out of the spinning thoughts and back into your own chest, your own breath — is how you actually soothe your nervous system. Not by trying harder to control the noise, but by giving your body a way home.
Here’s exactly why I chose what I chose.
Why This Blend, Specifically
The Essential Oils — to calm the body first
The nervous system doesn’t respond to logic. It responds to breath, to scent, to sensation. So I started here.
- Rose Geranium — balancing and uplifting, traditionally used to ease anxious, scattered feelings and bring a sense of emotional equilibrium back into the body.
- Lavender — the most studied calming oil there is, included for its long-trusted ability to slow a racing mind and support deep, easy breathing.
- Copaiba — gentle and grounding, added to soften tension and bring a quiet, steadying warmth to the whole blend.
Together, these three create the first layer of calm — the one you feel in your shoulders and your breath within seconds of spraying.
The Australian Bush Flower Essences — to calm the mind and emotions
This is the layer most space sprays don’t have. Essential oils work on the body. Bush Flower Essences work on the emotional and energetic patterns underneath the stress — the worry loops, the overwhelm, the bracing.
I chose this particular combination of essences with real intention:
- Black Eyed Susan — for those who are always rushing, always “on,” never quite giving themselves permission to slow down.
- Boronia — for the looping, repetitive thoughts that won’t switch off, even when you desperately want quiet.
- Bottlebrush — to support you through change and transition, when things feel like too much, too fast.
- Bush Fuchsia — for clarity, presence, and finding your voice when anxiety has you feeling foggy or unsure.
- Crowea — often called the “worry” essence — for that constant low hum of unease that never quite has a clear cause.
- Little Flannel Flower — to soften and reconnect you with joy and lightness, especially after periods of holding it all together.
- Paw Paw — for when you’re overwhelmed by too many decisions or responsibilities and need help simply knowing what to do next.
- Red Lily — to bring you back into your body and the present moment, out of the spin of an overactive mind.
I didn’t pick these because they sounded nice together. I picked them because, between them, they speak to almost every flavour of modern overwhelm — the racing, the rushing, the worrying, the foggy disconnection, the not-knowing-where-to-start. This is a blend for real, busy, tired nervous systems.
The Crystals — to hold the energy of the space
Infused into the purified water base are Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Clear Quartz — chosen to support calm, self-compassion, and clarity, and to help anchor the sense of stillness once it arrives.
Each bottle is also infused with ascension reiki and light portal codes, and includes a bonus audio (accessed via the QR code on the label) — a therapeutic hypnotic meditation designed to deepen the calm and support you to relax, slow down, and turn inwards.
What It’s For
Once you create calm in your space, you can invite stillness into your world.
Once calm, you can adapt — and begin to cope with change, and shift worry or anxiety, instead of being run by it.
This blend has been created to bring you calm grounding in moments of chaos (and all year round).

Is this actually going to work for me, or is this just another wellness product that doesn’t do anything?
I built this from 20+ years of clinical experience helping people regulate an overwhelmed nervous system — not as a side hustle, but as a practitioner who watches this stuff work in session, every week.
It’s not a cure and it’s not magic. It’s a tool.
Used the way it’s designed to be used — a few pumps, a few breaths — it gives your nervous system a real, repeatable signal that it’s safe to soften.
That’s not hype. That’s how nervous system regulation actually works.
