Manifest Your Abundance

Manifest Your Abundance

It’s almost Summer Solstice. It’s fabulous high energy today, with the sunlight continuing to rise and flood your space, to really connect with the journey you’ve taken so far. It’s a time for wonderful quiet reflection of all that you are and have achieved this year. And what a year of master energy, change, challenges and shifts it’s been!

Today, with the heightened solstice energy, is one of the remaining days of this master energy year to really connect to the journey you’ve taken. It’s time to acknowledge all that you have worked on. It’s a time to reflect on your patterns that you’ve been working on and how much you’ve transformed. It’s a day of quiet celebration.

Really get a sense of the depth you have worked on this year. Have one final scan of the body in order to release any remaining dregs of negative from within. Whilst the energy is heightened, the energetic pathways of looking within have been lubricated. We flow with ease into the higher realm to access more of our true self.

The energy in my meditation this morning helped me to humbly respect the distance I have travelled this year on my personal journey. I’ve walked bare foot outside and connected with the earth mother. Then sat quietly and connected with the heavens back to soul star, my source, the universe if you will.

I’ve etherically cleaned all of my connections here within this third energetic dimension. Tomorrow, of course I shall be raising the vibration even higher to cleanse, celebrate and manifest the next steps of where I am going.

Today, I’m finishing up clinic and I shall be of service and continue to hold space. More importantly I’ve created a revised connection to holding my own sacred space.

Instead of just walking along a linear path, I’ve created steps upwards to a higher ground. The path for the next cycle has become clear and now I am climbing a new mountain. The pace is no longer blistering, and I am enjoying the scenery along the way.

I am content for I my connections are balanced from within to beyond.

So gift yourself one last go at connection with self, to release any residual negative so that your etheric compass points true north for the coming times.

Sometimes, simply the release of the negative aspects of self paves the way for the impossible dreams to come to fruition. When you’re left reflecting from a positive place, the opportunity for you then to dream your dream life unfolds. You can more easily connect with re-writing your story, connecting with your why, and remain focussed on attracting more positive into your life.

Here’s some tips to connect with self

  1. Walk outside barefoot on the ground.
  2. Gift yourself some quiet time in the journal and celebrate your story. Connect with your WHY!
  3. Utilise a guided breathing meditation to connect just to breath, allowing any thoughts to come and go.
  4. Visualise your body as a storage vessel of emotion and pull the plug out to allow the negative to drain away, leaving only positive light within.
  5. Remember to hydrate today.
  6. Eat light foods like fruits and vegetables.
  7. Focus on the positive, and allow your imagination to increase it ten fold. Allow your body to experience what this increase in positive energy will feel like. This new feeling is to be used to motivate you to feel like this – all the time!

Embrace. Enjoy. Celebrate. Renew. Reflect. Rejoice in all that you are, have achieved, and will dream to become. Remember you can choose to change and bloom from within xx

Embrace your Grace and Gratitude

Embrace your Grace and Gratitude

Christmas and New Year’s isn’t always an exciting time for everyone. For some, this is when we feel isolated or our grief for a beloved dearly departed makes us feel deep sadness. For others it’s an insanely busy period of the year, and they rarely gift themselves a ‘pause’ moment to enjoy any of it, it’s become an obligation to go here there are everywhere.

The end of the year also marks in the southern hemisphere, the summer solstice. That glorious time when the sunlight is at it’s maximum, and our ability to manifest abundance is high. It should also be a time to embrace your grace.

One of the best gifts you can give yourself this festive season is allow yourself a period of time to reflect on life and how luck you are to have it.

If the feelings are triggered, don’t become them, simply observe, acknowledge the part you play in holding that feeling reaction, then let it go.

Utilise this quiet time to reflect on how well you’ve utilised your time to live your life. Get into your journal and allow yourself to lift the veil on your ‘stuff’ so that you can actively make changes in the coming future

Feeling a little stuck and unsure where to start or kick off? No drama! I’ve got a list of deep questions you can ask yourself to get the ball rolling on self exploration!

  1. Do I like who I am right now?
  2. When was the last time I laughed hard?
  3. What would I truly regret if I died tonight?
  4. What advice has someone in my family given, that I have taken just in time to learn the lesson?
  5. What were the top three lessons I learnt the hard way?
  6. What would I do if my biggest fears came true?
  7. Why am I afraid to be myself when others are around?
  8. What are the three things I am most grateful for?
  9. Have I done anything recently that I am proud of?
  10. When was the last time I extended kindness to someone?
  11. What do I really want from life?
  12. What aspect of my personality still needs work?
  13. What annoys me the most and can I let that go?
  14. How do I actively enrich my life?
  15. How do I allow others to influence my life in a negative way? Can I choose to release this now?

There’s no right or wrong answer or process. You might like to answer everything or simply choose a question each week to reflect on. And here’s a hint, if the question is pushing your buttons it’s likely you’ve got some work to do in this area!

Happy exploring self and wishing you well to find the key that unlocks the answers so that you may shine your light and bloom from within! You can choose to change xxx

Set your intention for the new year – NOW

Set your intention for the new year – NOW

The summer solstice is the day of the year with the longest amount of day light. It’s a high energy, high vibration time of the year. I like to think of it as when we celebrate our summer harvest! Everything we’ve been manifesting often comes to fruition in the light and we shine brightly.

What I’ve figured out this year is this – why not utilise the solstice energy to magnify and set the tone for your New Year’s Eve resolution, or I like to set the annual intention for how I want to roll for the coming year. Why not utilise the energy of the summer solstice to catapult you into 2019? Why wait for NYE when the energy has dissipated?

My meditations and guidance all point to 2019 being a year of consolidation. It’s got the potential to be a year whereby we extrapolate the lessons from the experiences, and step into our power, in order to shine our light to the world. So why wouldn’t you want to take advantage of every opportunity to magnify how to best shine your light?

In order to set your intention, I first recommend getting into your journal and answering the following questions:

  • What has worked in 2018? Why? When it worked, how did I feel?
  • What didn’t work this year and why? Dig a little deeper and ask yourself:
  • What should / could / would I do differently to not repeat the thoughts / feelings / experiences?

Remember you can’t undo the experience, but you can finish the lesson by owning your parts of the experience and encounter.

Then ask yourself this…

What is my why?

What motivates you to change? What makes you happy and your heart sing? What makes you shine your light to the world?

Identifying your ‘why’ enables you to goal set. It also supports you to maintain your resilience when not feeling motivated.

After reflection of your experiences, I recommend you assess what small actions you could start today, to not repeat the things you don’t want. Sometimes it’s as simple as not investing in the drama of others. Listen and observe, rather than advise and react.

Once you’ve figured out the small actions, so that you aren’t triggered further, let’s explore those negative experiences. Imagine a ‘do over’ as a video in your head. Grant your imagination permission to edit and ask yourself what you could have done differently – this is often the lesson to be learnt.

With this new-found awareness, you gain a new conscious awareness of exactly what it is you want to change. This becomes your intention, this becomes what you want to change so you can love yourself more.

Why would you want this? Because we have life to experience and learn and evolve as we walk our journey path. And because you deserve to love yourself.

Always remember you can choose to change and bloom from within xx

Write Your Own Story

Write Your Own Story

One of the founding principles of the Law Of Attraction, includes “your thoughts become your actions”. Sounds simple enough right? But there are times or certain trigger people that bring this concept completely undone. Get wobbly long enough and before you know it you are manifesting negative Nancy pants!

Who wants that?

I often find my journal is the best place to dump out the ‘negative story’ from my mind. By releasing the negative onto the page, it’s like unloading cargo from the train. The load becomes lighter, and the train needs less fuel to move forward, heading in its intended direction.

The journal is a brilliant tool to release the initial feelings which are triggered. It’s important to let this go so that the feelings don’t fester into something else. The expression (even if only pen to paper) is a gift, to self. It provides a release of the negative juju and you feel lighter, as if you’ve spoken to a friend.

After letting go the initial ‘reaction’ feelings and thoughts, you then get the opportunity to explore the ‘why’ did I react?

What was that all about?

Exploration of this ‘stuff’ is vital to break down old trigger habits, which are often mental in nature and hard wired within our neural pathways, to cause us to ‘REACT’.

No one likes to react. It makes us feel out of control, vulnerable if you will. No one actively chooses to feel like this. Experience this long enough you create the habit of ‘reacting’ but in a heightened way. It’s like inviting your sympathetic nervous system to join the negative Nancy party and you’re experiencing symptoms like sweating, short of breath, tight chest etc. (refer to my adrenal blog for more).

Who wants that? No one!

So the purge into the journal can rapidly break this mental response down, and gift you the opportunity to explore ‘how’ did this happen? When did I first experience this? Why did I react this way?

If the intensity of your reaction is high, utilise your journal to write a ‘fuck you’ letter to the trigger person. Note we aren’t going to send this letter, but merely gift yourself the opportunity to express all the thoughts and feelings as if the person were standing in front of you and you don’t need to be politically correct with your expression. This letter is for you to purge and release.

As a wellness coach, I’m always trying to see life’s experiences as a lesson. What can I learn from this encounter. Why was I upset? What am I to learn from this encounter. Why is it so personal?

Experience has taught me that people are in my life for a reason, a season or a life time. I learn from everyone I encounter. Sometimes the lessons are profound. Sometimes I am in someone’s life for them to learn a lesson, and to reinforce what I have learnt by observing others.

I find this approach is a much more peaceful way of life, because it creates a space for me to own my stuff without blaming any one for ‘doing anything to me’. All of my experiences I have allowed or were my destiny.

Let me clarify though, bad things happen to some people. Yep, and it suxs. But you can’t undo what’s been done. We don’t live in bubbles. We have experiences and there’s lessons in them all – good and challenging (I like to reframe away from ‘bad’).

I find the journal is a very safe place for me to express and reflect on these experiences so that I consciously become aware of the lessons learnt.

Once I’ve finished purging, I then begin to write myself a ‘love letter’. For some I can hear your ‘pfffttt’ and sniggers. So let’s return to my opening reference to the Law of Attraction. The principles of LOA talk about embracing gratitude for all that your life contains now. Connect with all the good emotional juju. LOA also encourages you to really grasp and connect with what your dream life looks like. What would it feel like to be living, doing, being x? Never focus on having the stuff, focus on the feelings that the dream life would give you.

Your journal is the perfect place to write your love letter. I like to forward date my love letters, and write myself a letter, thanking myself for implementing all the small actions required to achieve the dream. This helps me to picture everything aligning onto my journey path. It also makes it clear to the universe exactly what you are manifesting.

The beauty of the journal is you can redraft, refine and recreate your life with these love letters. You can manifest all sorts of wonderful abundance into your life. You also get to purge along the way and own your stuff. The more stuff you embrace and release, the more consciously aware of what it is you want, rather than bumbling along in life.

The more consciously aware you become, the clearer the dream becomes. The clearer the dream, the easier it is to manifest abundance. And so the cycle continues.

Remember you can choose to change and bloom from within as you practice your perfection!
